• Members are solely responsible for activities conducted under their accounts.
• SSC may monitor, review, remove, or reject any content or advertisement that violates community rules.
• Members are responsible for protecting their account passwords.
• Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and SSC policies.
• These Terms do not create any guaranteed employment, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship with SSC.
• Membership opportunities may be based on qualification, competence, and best performance.
• Members may not transfer rights or obligations without SSC written consent or approved next-of-kin documentation.

4. Termination

SSC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time if community regulations are violated.

Upon termination or suspension, SSC may remove accounts, passwords, and user content, and may restrict future access to the community.

5. Marketing Policy

Members are not permitted to distribute printed materials, market products, or promote external businesses within the community without prior approval from SSC Admin or through the approved advertisement feature.

SSC is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all members.

• No threatening, defamatory, obscene, or abusive content.
• No violation of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No false or misleading information.
• No discrimination of any kind.
• Zero tolerance for religious or ethnic hatred.
• High moral standards and mutual respect are expected.
• Honesty, discipline, and willingness to serve are core values.
• Members are entitled to opinions and suggestions, but community-beneficial decisions shall prevail.
• Every member shall receive fair hearing through the disciplinary committee, and their recommendations shall remain valid.

7. Liability

During physical meetings or events, members are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings including phones, laptops, wallets, and other valuables.

SSC shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage except where such damage results directly from proven negligence.

8. Online Voting & Leadership

Only verified SSC Members are eligible to vote and be voted for during community elections and decision-making processes.

Voting may occur online or offline, and final results shall follow SSC voting regulations and committee decisions.
