1. Use of the Community

To participate in the SSC Community, you are required to create an account at www.sscconnects.com.

• SSC Chain Members (Digital Market, Online Store, Real Estate)
• SSC Members

2. Payment of Fees

Joining the SSC Chain Members Community requires a non-refundable donation as follows:

• ₦10,000 – Membership Fee
• ₦10,000 – SSC Membership Form (if qualified and approved)

By registering, you agree that:

• SSC may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Failure to enforce these Terms does not constitute a waiver.
• Your account and all activities under it are your sole responsibility.
• User Content you submit may be publicly available.
• SSC reserves the right to remove or decline content or ads that violate community standards.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and community rules.
• These Terms do not create any employment, partnership, or franchise relationship.
• You may not transfer rights or obligations without SSC’s written consent or approved next-of-kin form.

3. Sharing Formula (Project Funding)

• SSC Members: 80%
• Recapitalization: 10%
• SSC Consultant: 8%
• Membership Welfare: 1%
• Charity / Social Responsibility: 1%

4. Termination

SSC may suspend or terminate your access to the Community at any time if you violate regulations. Upon termination, your account, passwords, and content may be deleted and future participation barred.

5. Marketing Policy

Members are prohibited from distributing marketing or promotional materials to others without prior admin consent. Any fraudulent or scamming activity will result in immediate account termination.

6. Conduct in the Community

We strive to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. Members must not:

• Post content that is threatening, defamatory, or obscene.
• Engage in illegal activities or violate intellectual property rights.
• Discriminate based on religion, ethnicity, or personal beliefs.
• Display dishonesty, misconduct, or disrespectful behavior.
• Ignore moral and professional conduct guidelines.

Every member has the right to express their opinions; however, decisions will favor popular, beneficial, and community-driven outcomes. Fair hearings will be conducted by the Disciplinary Committee, and their recommendations shall stand valid.

7. Liability

SSC shall not be liable for loss or damage of personal belongings during meetings or events, except in cases of proven negligence. Members are encouraged to safeguard personal items at all times.

8. Online Voting

SSC Members may participate in online/offline voting during meetings. Only registered SSC Members are eligible to vote or be voted for. Voting results are subject to SSC’s final verification and community voting procedures.
